STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1

Landlord with a vacant or recently purchased property contacts us in order to see if their property fits Housing Social's guaranteed rental scheme.  



Step 2
 

One of our dedicated HS representatives will then meet the landlord at the property in order to inspect it. We then collate and check all the required certificates (EPC, gas and electric) needed for renting a property.

Step 3

A 3 year lease agreement is then completed in order to formalise the process. A moving-in date is arranged with the Local Authority and the tenants. The tenants are met at the property by a member of our team, who provides them with a welcome pack and hands over the keys. We manage the property and the landlord enjoys the rental income!
